Our Story...

Greg and I grew up in the same small town and knew each other through mutual friends and the simple fact that our town is so small! I went off to college after graduation and Greg had already purchased a house in our town and was working as a diesel mechanic. After I graduated from college I moved to Colorado and eventually back East. I moved into my own apartment on one of the main roads in our hometown. Everyday after work as I picked up my mail and walked back up my driveway someone drove by, honked and waved. I waved back but never knew who it was. A few weeks later I was visiting with Greg's brother at my apartment when Greg called his brother and told him to give him my number. It took Greg almost two weeks to work up the nerve to call but on April 21, 2007 we had our first date. Now after almost two years we are set to get married on August 8, 2009!

 

** NOTE- I read this to Greg and he feels it is very important that I note he was not stalking me but rather on his way home from work as he would honk and wave to me. "very important difference" he says! :)
